Understanding fees before you pay

SentePro always shows you the exact fee before you confirm anything — nothing is deducted silently after the fact. Topping up or paying Whenever you add money to your wallet, pay a Payment Link, or send someone a Cash Link payment, the amount shown on screen — including the fee — is exactly what your card or mobile money prompt will ask you to confirm. If a mobile money prompt appears on your phone, the amount on it will always match what SentePro showed you. Withdrawals When you withdraw (Transact > Send > "Mobile Money/Bank"), the fee and estimated processing time are shown before you submit, based on the settlement method you're withdrawing through (Mobile Money or Bank Transfer). Your request then moves through a short review — submitted, pending approval, then approved — and you're notified at each stage. Receipts keep the record Every completed payment gets a Receipt with a full fee breakdown (amount charged, fee, and net amount), plus a scannable QR code anyone can use to verify it's genuine — find yours from Transaction details, or Money > Receipts on a business account. Fees are set by SentePro, not something you configure yourself, and can vary by payment method — always check the amount on screen before confirming a payment.
