Getting started with your Personal Account
A Personal Account is SentePro's individual tier — built for tips, gifts, and casual payments from friends and family, the same way apps like Cash App or PayPal.me work. When you register as an Individual, SentePro gives you a personal Cash Link (a page at sentepro.com/your-username) that anyone can pay you through, plus a simplified 4-tab layout: Home, Transact, Support, and Profile. Your Cash Link Find your link and QR code under Profile > Share, or on the Top Up tab of Transact (switch to "Share Link/QR"). Anyone with the link can send you money without creating an account of their own — they just land on your page, enter an amount, and pay by card or mobile money. The QR code is downloadable, so you can print it or drop it into a chat. The Transact page Every money action lives on one page, so switching between its tabs never reloads the screen: - Top Up: two modes. "Deposit" adds money to your wallet balance by card or mobile money — for mobile money you can enter your own number, or any other user's, and they get the payment prompt to pay you. "Share Link/QR" shows your Cash Link and QR code. - Send: two modes. "SentePro User" sends money instantly to another SentePro account by username, account ID, email, or phone number. "Mobile Money/Bank" withdraws money out of your wallet to your own phone or bank account (Self), or to someone else's (Other) — your saved phone/bank details come from Profile, so double-check they're right first. - Scan: point your camera at someone else's QR code to quickly find them on the Send tab, or switch to "My QR code" to show your own code so someone can scan you instead. Viewing your activity Your Home tab shows your most recent transactions; tap See All to open the full Transactions page, which lists everything (top-ups, sends, receives, withdrawals) with a type filter and a CSV export for your records. Keeping your account secure Under Profile > Security you can turn on real two-factor authentication (2FA) — scan the QR code with any authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.) and confirm with a 6-digit code. Once enabled, logging in requires that code every time, in addition to your password. The same tab also lists your active device sessions, lets you turn on biometric unlock if you're using the mobile app, and covers updating your password or deleting your account. If you ever get stuck, open the Support tab — FAQs for quick answers, or start a new ticket under Open and a real person will reply directly in the app. Once a ticket is marked resolved it moves to Closed and won't accept new replies; if the issue comes back, open a new ticket.
