Two-factor authentication and keeping your account secure

Everything account-security-related lives under Profile > Security. Two-factor authentication (2FA) Turn it on and SentePro shows you a QR code — scan it with any authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, and similar all work), then confirm with the 6-digit code it generates. From then on, logging in asks for that code as well as your password. If you ever lose access to your authenticator app, contact Support to regain access. Device sessions See every device currently signed in to your account, so you can spot anything you don't recognize. Biometric lock (mobile app) If you're using the SentePro mobile app, turn on biometric unlock to require your fingerprint or face before the app opens, on top of your regular login. Password and account deletion Change your password any time from the same tab. Deleting your account is permanent and also lives here — only do this if you're sure.
